Marielle Oes
Marielle Oes has been an Associate at Littler Switzerland since 2026. She completed her legal studies at the University of Basel, earning both her Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and her Master of Law (MLaw; summa cum laude). During her studies, she worked as an assistant in employment and social security law at the Chair of Social Private Law held by Professor Dr. iur. Kurt Pärli, gaining early in‑depth experience in these fields.
Before joining Littler, Marielle worked as a Junior Associate at a commercial law firm in Zurich and completed a legal traineeship (Volontariat) at the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. She was admitted to the bar in 2026 by the Appellate Court of the Canton of Basel-Stadt.
In her role as an Associate, Marielle provides pragmatic, solution‑oriented advice on all aspects of employment law. She represents clients with dedication before courts and administrative authorities and supports them in complex matters – particularly in the areas of Consulting & Compliance, Tax, Social Security & Pension, Transactions & Restructuring, Litigation & Investigation, and Compensation & Benefits.
