Samuel Turtschi joined Littler Switzerland as an associate in 2025. He previouslyworked as an associate and junior associate at Baker McKenzie Switzerland, as a lawclerk at the Social Security Court and the Civil Court of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, as aresearch assistant at the University of Bern, and as a legal counsel in the legal departmentof a major Swiss employers' association. Samuel Turtschi studied law at the Universityof St. Gallen (BLaw), the University of Westminster in London (exchange semester), the University of Geneva (exchange semester, Certificate in Transnational Law),and the University of Basel (MLaw, summa cum laude).Mr. Turtschi primarily advises and litigates in the field of labor & employment law. Healso advises and represents national and international clients in matters of contractlaw, corporate law (including M&A transactions), immigration law, data protectionlaw, social security law (pensions), debt collection and bankruptcy law, and compliance.
