Samuel Turtschi
Samuel Turtschi joined Littler Switzerland as an associate in 2025. He previously worked as an associate and junior associate at Baker McKenzie Switzerland, as a law clerk at the Social Security Court and the Civil Court of the Canton of Basel-Stadt, as a research assistant at the University of Bern, and as a legal counsel in the legal department of a major Swiss employers' association. Samuel Turtschi studied law at the University of St. Gallen (BLaw), the University of Westminster in London (exchange semester), the University of Geneva (exchange semester, Certificate in Transnational Law), and the University of Basel (MLaw, summa cum laude).
Mr. Turtschi primarily advises and litigates in the field of labor & employment law. He also advises and represents national and international clients in matters of contract law, corporate law (including M&A transactions), immigration law, data protection law, social security law (pensions), debt collection and bankruptcy law, and compliance.
